Own commercial capacity/limits underwriting strategies for US GCS portfolios, including analytics, planning, and process controls for existing customers. Key Responsibilities

•Own capacity/limit management for US GCS portfolios, including analytics, strategy, capabilities, and process controls for existing customers.
•Lead charge limit initiatives involving proactive financial gathering, commercial underwriting, and capability development for the commercial charge portfolio (e.g., document-based underwriting).
•Partner with Product, Servicing, and Sales within GCS and broader CFR to design and implement strategic initiatives for prudent, profitable growth and through-the-cycle volatility control.
•Partner with Risk and Operations on underwriting strategies to improve decisioning and customer experience.
•Lead, engage, and inspire a team of high-performing risk management professionals; drive deep-dive analytics with Decision Science to enhance economic logic for core risk decisions.

•Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, operations research, mathematics, data science, engineering, business management, or related fields.
•Strong analytical discipline and ability to solve practical and theoretical business problems.
•Intellectual curiosity and adaptability, including the ability to re-engineer long-standing processes and infrastructure.
•Previous experience leading and performing analysis using SQL, Python, or similar tools.
•Ability to build relationships, work in large cross-functional teams, and influence business partners; effective communication with internal and executive leadership partners.
