Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation of complex frontend features, shared components, and platform tooling for an enterprise-grade SaaS product.
  • •Translate architectural direction into implementation plans, break down epics into technical tasks, coordinate execution, and identify/mitigate technical risks.
  • •Own and continuously improve shared components, Storybook, reusable utilities, frontend frameworks, and developer tooling, including technical documentation and onboarding support.
  • •Drive quality by implementing/reviewing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and promoting test automation best practices.
  • •Support frontend CI/CD and build pipelines (dependency management, release automation, and deployment efficiency) and troubleshoot critical production frontend incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software engineering experience leading frontend development for enterprise-scale applications with strong communication, mentoring, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • •Expert-level proficiency in modern React, JavaScript, and strict TypeScript (hooks, context, performance optimization, and scalable application patterns).
  • •Hands-on experience building scalable microfrontends, shared component libraries, internal design systems, reusable utilities, and frontend platform capabilities for enterprise SaaS.
  • •Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, frontend security best practices (including MFA and secure session management), production troubleshooting, and client-side observability.
  • •Strong testing and quality experience using Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress, MSW, and automated quality gates, plus disciplined code review.
