Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation and then perform and/or execute the test.
•Support hardware buildup and integration, documenting the build and certifying readiness for the next stage.
•Plan and execute tests at different levels of hardware builds (from circuit card assemblies to final product) including EMI, RF, electrical, thermal, and vibration tests.
•Plan and execute the integration efforts of Effector Systems with customer subsystems and launch platforms in lab or field environments.
•Lead a small team in integration and test activities and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 8 (five) years of relevant experience.
•Experience in systems integration and test in a lab or field environment.
•Experience planning or executing Platform Integration or Flight Test Missions.
•Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
•Leadership: Experience leading teams in integration and test activities.
