Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement test plans, procedures, integration, and verification documentation and then perform and/or execute the test.
  • •Support hardware buildup and integration, documenting the build and certifying readiness for the next stage.
  • •Plan and execute tests at different levels of hardware builds (from circuit card assemblies to final product) including EMI, RF, electrical, thermal, and vibration tests.
  • •Plan and execute the integration efforts of Effector Systems with customer subsystems and launch platforms in lab or field environments.
  • •Lead a small team in integration and test activities and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

  • •Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 8 (five) years of relevant experience.

  • •Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
