Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent in-person client service and complete teller functions efficiently, effectively, and accurately in a branch setting.
  • •Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Assist clients with financial goals using financial wellness tools and relevant banking products and services.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and participate in branch routines including morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
