Support Generation’s Partnerships team through a flexible 3-month internal gig focused on donor engagement. Help compile and analyze Q2 donor engagement KPIs, convert raw data into stakeholder-ready summaries, and contribute to building an automated dashboard workflow. Also support rollout and analysis of global volunteering surveys across countries, improve response rates with country teams, and help collect and organize funder/news updates to share donor intelligence internally.

Key Responsibilities

•Compile and organize relevant data for the Q2 donor engagement KPI review from the global partnerships team.
•Turn raw data into clear stakeholder-ready summaries and help build a donor engagement dashboard with an automated KPI analysis process.
•Support rollout and uptake of global volunteering surveys across multiple countries.
•Track incoming survey responses and consolidate them into analyses while helping improve response rates with country teams.
•Identify opportunities to increase donor visibility by collecting funder-related news/updates and proposing formats for sharing donor intelligence internally.

Key Requirements

•3–4 hours per week availability for 3 months, with a start in the first week of July.
•Comfort managing, validating, and organizing data and presenting it in clear, easy-to-digest formats.
•Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and country teams, follow up consistently, and keep tasks moving with light supervision.
•Strong written English skills for compiling donor updates and reports.
•Interest in a broad scope spanning data management, volunteering coordination, and communications (no specific functional background required).
