Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate electrical design activities from concept development through construction support.
  • •Review electrical design submissions, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and BIM models for power, lighting, earthing, ELV/ICT, fire alarm, and emergency lighting.
  • •Manage and coordinate external electrical design consultants, monitoring implementation and closure of technical and BIM comments.
  • •Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, project management, procurement, cost, planning, and facility management teams to deliver integrated MEP solutions.
  • •Identify technical risks and propose mitigation/value engineering options to optimize cost, performance, sustainability, and energy efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree a plus).
  • •Minimum 8 years’ experience in electrical or MEP design.
  • •Proven experience on large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, hospitality, retail, or infrastructure developments.
  • •Experience reviewing electrical design documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, power distribution, lighting/controls, earthing and lightning protection, ELV systems, fire alarm systems, and emergency lighting.
