Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and produce UAS audio/video training materials for the 2-13th AVN REGT Program of Instruction, including training scenarios and documentation support.
  • •Assist with creation of CBT, distance learning, playable on demand videos, and capture filming for class presentations and live flight training missions.
  • •Capture live events (film and photograph) including graduations, change of command/responsibility ceremonies, and official rehearsals.
  • •Build instructional CBT videos by translating storyboards and narration prompts into interactive learning modules, including integrating 3D-rendered objects and complex animations.
  • •Produce and assemble printed and physical training materials (e.g., operational maps, posters, checklists, tactical flipbooks) and perform quality assurance editing to customer/program specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of four (4) years of documented experience in multimedia production, video production, instructional media development, or a closely related field.
  • •Proficiency in professional video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Blender, or industry equivalents.
  • •Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent suites.
  • •Familiarity with AI-facilitated production tools for animation, video enhancement, and content generation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini, ChatGPT).
  • •Advanced hands-on experience with professional camera systems, studio/field lighting configurations, and stabilization hardware.
