Build and scale distributed training infrastructure while conducting open-ended research to improve model architectures, training objectives, and optimization techniques. Reproduce and extend state-of-the-art results from machine learning papers, then translate research ideas into robust, efficient, bug-free code. Collaborate with research scientists to unblock experiments with hardware-aware tooling, optimizing training loops, data pipelines, and communication across large GPU clusters.
