Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings.
  • •Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones.
  • •Assist in conducting readiness assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Help coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness.
  • •Monitor KPIs related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 5-7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project environments.
  • •Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
  • •Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
