Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute operational readiness plans to guarantee successful project openings.
•Collaborate closely with project, operations, and training teams to integrate operational requirements and readiness milestones.
•Assist in conducting readiness assessments, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
•Help coordinate and manage training programs for operational staff to ensure optimal preparedness.
•Monitor KPIs related to operational readiness and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 5-7 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project environments.
•Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
•Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
