Grade Foreperson (Ogden, UT, US, 84401)

Oversee day-to-day grading, excavation, utility, and site development work for construction crews. Lead and direct laborers and equipment operators to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to specifications. Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents on crews, equipment, materials, and schedules, while verifying field layout, elevations, slopes, and grade tolerances. Maintain quality, productivity, and documentation including daily reports and equipment/material tracking.
