Job Summary

Lead the global maturity uplift of Wise’s Workforce Execution function across Scheduling, Intraday, and Command Center operations. Standardize workforce execution practices, improve real-time decision quality, reduce operational volatility, and strengthen incident response discipline. Balance service performance, WFM KPI-driven efficiency, operational stability, scalability, employee experience, and cost control through occupancy/waste management. Coach WFM Team Leads and drive workforce governance, risk visibility, and tactical optimization across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive workforce execution standardization across Scheduling and Intraday by embedding workforce governance, review cadences, and execution playbooks across regions.
•Improve intraday and command center maturity through escalation management, incident response discipline, and proactive handling of service-level risks.
•Increase short-term plan integrity by reducing reactive interventions and improving schedule optimization and workforce trade-off decisions.
•Lead workforce governance consistency and strengthen workforce risk visibility to reduce operational volatility.
•Coach and develop WFM Team Leads to improve tactical judgment, decision quality, and operational consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,450 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Workforce Management experience in high-volume, scaled operational environments (contact centres, shared services, fintech, or financial services).
•Strong expertise across Scheduling, Intraday, Tactical Workforce Execution, and Command Center operations.
•Proven experience leading WFM teams or Team Leads across multiple operational areas or regions.
•Deep understanding of the end-to-end WFM lifecycle: forecast, capacity, schedule, and intraday.
•Experience with escalations, service degradation events, and workforce incident response, plus stakeholder management with senior operational leaders.
