Key Responsibilities

•Act as the main technical voice for 1–5 Retail/CPG clients and define technical strategy with the Account Executive.
•Lead customers through a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
•Implement and align technical strategy within the account to support broader ML and AI adoption.
•Build a movement of technical champions inside the customer account.
•Provide structured mentorship for other team members while partnering with teams that deliver proofs of concept.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Retail/CPG working with very large enterprises (>$1m ARR).
•3+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
•Technical background in big data, data science, and cloud, including ML/AI relevance to customer use cases.
•3+ years designing and implementing big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP (or full lifecycle data science solutions).
•Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
