Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the daily operation and administration of the Recreation department.
  • •Serve as a visible, hands-on leader on the floor by directing Recreation staff each shift.
  • •Oversee opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities to ensure readying the department for guest service.
  • •Provide proactive guest service, resolve guest questions/requests/complaints, and build strong relationships with repeat visitors and VIPs.
  • •Support group event coordination and assist with ski/snowboard rental and retail sales, including equipment fittings, rental equipment management, and inventory control.

Key Requirements
