•Apply specialized knowledge to address complex challenges, offering innovative solutions and ensuring project success and compliance.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary improvement projects and develop high-level course materials using advanced learning theories for diverse global audiences.
•Act as a recognized expert by introducing new instructional methods, engaging learners with interactive tools and analyzing feedback to improve training initiatives.
•Manage the design, facilitation, and execution of X-Ray training for All-Parts, Philips' multi-vendor line of business subsidiary.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on technical experience with imaging ultrasound equipment.
•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or educational field or equivalent.
•Prior training facilitation experience and intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE preferred).
•Strong written and oral communication skills with experience contributing to cross-functional teams.
•Ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
