Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the business analysis workstream for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution across APAC and EMEA, partnering with business stakeholders, IT, SAP, and integration teams.
  • •Elicit and document business requirements, define end-to-end current-state and future-state P2P process maps, and develop business rules and data mapping documentation.
  • •Support solution validation and testing by preparing functional specifications, user stories, and SIT/UAT test scenarios; assist with defect management and formal sign-off documentation.
  • •Coordinate integration requirements and support integration design/testing for Coupa–SAP S/4HANA using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.
  • •Deliver process documentation, training materials, and change management artifacts to support business adoption and operational readiness while aligning with global P2P standards and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation initiatives.
  • •Hands-on experience with implementation and business process design for P2P processes (requisition-to-pay, vendor master, procurement, invoicing, and payments).
  • •Experience supporting system integrations, preferably with SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft.
  • •Experience working on large-scale, global, multi-region ERP transformation programs.
  • •Ability to elicit requirements, manage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and produce functional specifications and process documentation supporting SIT/UAT.
