Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for technology or related.
  • •8+ years of experience in similar roles, including experience working with stakeholders up to the VP level and leading workshops.
  • •10+ years of experience in digital change management (preferred).
  • •Experience delivering change management for digital or transformation initiatives within construction, infrastructure or other complex project environments.
  • •Experience with digital tools such as BIM/CDE platforms, project controls systems, data dashboards and/or site monitoring technologies, plus PROSCI or similar certifications (preferred).
