•Lead and manage project teams to deliver large, complex projects or programmes in flood risk management and environmental sectors.
•Manage contract administration under NEC PSC/ECC forms, acting as Service Manager or Project Manager where required.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partner organisations, serving as trusted advisor across multiple stakeholders.
•Apply analytical and numerical skills to understand problems and shape them into workable delivery solutions, including financial controls and project governance.
•Plan, communicate, and coordinate multiple work streams with senior client representatives, ensuring delivery under pressure and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Degree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
•Professional affiliation, qualification or near qualified status with the APM, ICE, CIWEM, or similar professional institution.
•Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP).
•NEC PM Accreditations or qualifications.
•CDM Awareness.
