Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives across offshore engineering teams.
  • •Track and report on sprint velocity, burn-down, and delivery progress against programme milestones.
  • •Identify, track, and manage cross-workstream dependencies, maintaining a risk and issue register with mitigation actions.
  • •Escalate blockers and delivery risks to programme leadership with recommendations.
  • •Manage resource allocation and capacity planning and maintain Jira task estimates and status.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in technical project management within data engineering, software development, or systems integration programmes.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with practical experience running sprints.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
  • •Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills to identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
