Key Responsibilities

  • •Own solution design for credit platform capabilities across application, decisioning, simulation, and reporting.
  • •Lead the Business Analysis practice by embedding consistent standards, templates, and ways of working.
  • •Translate business and IT goals and requirements into actionable deliverables, bridging business, risk, operations, and engineering teams.
  • •Create epics, user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications with clear acceptance criteria, including process flows, data mappings, and business rules.
  • •Support delivery quality through acceptance criteria, test strategy and QA support, manage risks/dependencies, and help with regulatory, audit, control, and release governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in credit domain platforms within banking or financial services.
  • •Proven track record as a Tech Lead, BA Lead, or in a hybrid role within complex transformation programs.
  • •10+ years’ experience delivering IT change in Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
  • •Experience delivering projects in Wealth Management and/or Private Banking, with strong domain knowledge across Credit, Wealth Financing, and Investments.
  • •Hands-on understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, event-driven integration, and data workflows, plus requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
