Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full underwriting internally and externally for complex Not-For-Profit relationships, structuring and documenting transactions.
  • •Manage an assigned Not-For-Profit portfolio by monitoring performance trends, defining credit solutions, and driving remediation for emerging issues.
  • •Conduct client calling to expand and deepen relationships with nonprofit executives, finance leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • •Partner with relationship managers and internal product specialists to deliver nonprofit financing and banking solutions using a sector-specific lens.
  • •Mentor and coach junior associates and analysts on underwriting, portfolio management, financial statement analysis, risk identification, and deal structuring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and at least 7+ years of related training and experience in commercial/Not-For-Profit credit analysis.
