Key Responsibilities

  • •Process tuition and other fees charging and manage fee charging reports.
  • •Collect fees, follow up on unpaid fees, and send invoices and reminders to parents.
  • •Record and maintain student fee records, including bounced cheques and post-dated cheques with timely deposits.
  • •Disburse approved petty cash and maintain updated petty cash accounts and related reports.
  • •Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures, and provide accounts receivable reports to the finance manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related subject area.
  • •Experience working in a school or in a finance-related role.
  • •Arabic/English bilingual speaker.
  • •Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • •Advanced ERP and Excel exposure, including experience with Microsoft packages.
