Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual sales and store targets and other retail metrics (ATV, conversion rate, UPT, CXE).
  • •Maintain high service standards by providing guests with excellent service, supporting product knowledge, and upholding brand image.
  • •Execute retail standards including store opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization.
  • •Support inventory integrity by conducting stock counts, coordinating receiving and price tagging, and resolving discrepancies.
  • •Monitor sales through the cash register, record and reconcile cash receipts, update customer databases, and complete stock control documentation and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of retail POS system.
