Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related products including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates to acquire clients and deepen relationships, leveraging centers of influence.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with teller-line transactions as needed and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •1+ years experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience more important than financial services experience (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word, Excel, etc.) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
