Key Responsibilities

•Greet and acknowledge guests, seat them comfortably, present menus and specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
•Deliver efficient service while monitoring guest satisfaction and handling minor concerns professionally, escalating when required.
•Complete daily service operations including station setup, clearance/resetting, and accurate billing using the POS system.
•Maintain product knowledge for menus, promotions, ingredients/allergens, and beverages, including recommending items based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
•Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times, uphold Dubai Golf brand standards, and support upselling and teamwork across the outlet.

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent.
•Professional appearance and high standards of hygiene.
•Previous experience in a reputable hotel/restaurant environment (preferred).
•Guest-focused, approachable, and positive attitude.
•Fluency in English (verbal and written).
