Job Summary

Own the design and build of a cross-border remittance proposition across the GCC. Define remittance product scope, corridors, and pricing, and work with product/tech on validation, currency conversion, and settlement via MTO rails. Secure MTO and banking/liquidity partner agreements, implement reconciliation and SLAs, and manage remittance P&L, KPIs, and FX exposure. Lead licensing and regulatory readiness with SAMA, CBUAE, and other central banks.

Key Responsibilities

•Define remittance product scope, corridors, and pricing for the GCC market.
•Design validation, currency conversion, and settlement flows via MTO rails with product and tech.
•Identify and secure commercial agreements with MTOs and remittance rail providers; coordinate with banking and liquidity providers.
•Implement reconciliation with MTO rails and internal systems, including handling failed transactions and discrepancies; define SLAs and dispute/escalation processes.
•Own remittance P&L, track FX exposure with treasury, and define/monitor KPIs to drive efficiency and cost optimization.
•Lead licensing and regulatory readiness, including securing approvals/NOCs and supporting regulatory submissions and implementation with legal/compliance/product.

Key Requirements

•Remittance experience in the GCC is required (depth and relevance matter).
•Experience designing or building remittance products, MTO integrations, or cross-border payment operations.
•Understanding of financial operations, P&L management, and the payments/remittances regulatory landscape in the GCC (SAMA/CBUAE knowledge is a plus).
•Experience with partner management and commercial negotiations with MTOs, banks, and liquidity providers.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant compliance/fintech certifications are a plus.
•Fluent English (Arabic not required).
