Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and design comprehensive IT/ICT solutions, including data center infrastructure, network architecture, and telecommunication systems.
•Lead end-to-end implementation, integration, configuration, and testing of IT/ICT projects, ensuring minimal downtime during deployments.
•Architect and manage data center infrastructure components and improve performance and reliability using virtualization, automation, and monitoring.
•Design and implement telco systems and connectivity solutions, including WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, carrier-grade networks, and supporting analytics.
•Manage complex, multi-vendor projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure security/compliance and risk mitigation across IT/ICT infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
•8+ years of IT/ICT engineering experience with design and implementation in data center and telco environments.
•Proficiency in data center technologies (servers, storage, virtualization), telecommunications systems (WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS), and ICT platforms (e.g., UCaaS, enterprise applications).
•Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
•Experience with automation and containerization (Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes), plus relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, VMware VCP, ITIL, or PMP).
