Estimator I (Estimating Coordinator / Intake Specialist)

Support residential truss estimating operations by reviewing and qualifying incoming bid and permit requests for completeness and accuracy. Verify plans and documentation, coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Design, and Administrative teams to collect missing information, and keep projects moving through the workflow. Enter and maintain project data in company systems, assist with scheduling and request status monitoring, and help update SOPs and process documentation for continuous improvement.
