Key Responsibilities

  • •Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to perform paintless dent repair.
  • •Repair hail damage, dents, creases, and body-line damage on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Follow safety procedures and use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, gloves, mask, and protective garments.
  • •Work mandatory overtime as needed to deliver vehicles on time for customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

  • •Experience using advanced glue-pulling techniques for hail repairs, repair creases/body lines, and larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
