Electrical Manager (Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, GB, NG1 1DQ)

Lead electrical engineering across the Reckitt Nottingham Supply Site, owning electrical strategies, legal compliance, business continuity, and the long-term electrical infrastructure roadmap. You’ll inspire and develop electrical engineers and competent persons, act as the Site Electrical Duty Holder, manage electrical governance frameworks, and drive electrical safety, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support reliable manufacturing operations. You’ll also oversee budgets, procurement, and contractor performance while assuring major capital projects.
