Key Responsibilities

•Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
•Source candidates through channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit, motivation, and communication.
•Coordinate interviews by managing scheduling and collecting feedback from candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and support recruiting process improvements and employer branding initiatives as the team scales.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles, or fresh graduate interest in recruiting.
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
•Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
