Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary relationship owner for site supervisors and workers, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
  • •Coordinate on-site onboarding, first-day check-ins, interviews, and start schedules for new hires; oversee onboarding end-to-end.
  • •Support workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage on-site performance and escalate issues as needed.
  • •Communicate as the bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams, including attendance and staffing changes.
  • •Own shift and schedule management, ensure staffing coverage, distribute/manage PPE, and handle incident management and escalations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 26 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments (e.g., staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, or on-site coordination).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written, including email and in-person).
  • •Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba to both workers and client stakeholders.
  • •Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver; comfortable in fast-paced warehouse environments.
