Plant Manager - Sikhiu

Lead overall plant operations at the Sikhiu plant to achieve EHSS, Quality/Food Safety, productivity, and cost targets. Drive regulatory compliance, safety and environmental performance, and ensure customer-focused quality standards. Build and mentor the plant operations team, manage development plans, and align plant goals with Thailand business objectives. Implement the Ingredion Performance System (IPS) with appropriate resourcing to strengthen continuous improvement and operational execution.
