Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client services teams on client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete tax projects in a wide variety of industries; provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients
  • •Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on tax projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
  • •Contribute to practice development through process improvements, thought leadership, and team collaboration
  • •Develop and deliver project proposals, including detailed workplans and fee quotes, to prospective clients
  • •Manage project budgets and financial administration, including preparing invoices and monitoring/collecting outstanding accounts receivable
