Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for brokers and companies, providing essential claim information and related updates.
  • •Use the best communication channel (phone, email, or chat) and apply customer-first principles to create positive customer interactions.
  • •Coordinate across sales, underwriting, claims, and finance teams to share what customers need to know, and refer customers when appropriate.
  • •Accurately register and follow up customer contacts and requests in customer care tools and ensure CRM data quality.
  • •Identify customer technical issues and work with the IT team to resolve them efficiently while supporting self-service adoption when suitable.
