Key Responsibilities

  • •Build a multi-platform unified IM SDK, unifying logic across platforms and improving performance and stability.
  • •Platformize the messaging engine so product teams can build business scenarios (community chat, payments, VIP service).
  • •Develop user-to-agent (AI) chat on top of messaging, including real-time delivery and the agent interaction experience.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery for real-time WebSocket long connections and offline push across overseas + China vendor channels so messages arrive reliably when the app is closed.
  • •Create an AI-native engineering practice (automated workflows, agents/evals/guardrails, CI integration) and lead design/code review to raise engineering quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep, hands-on experience building native iOS and/or Android, understanding the platform beyond frameworks.
  • •Experience with a cross-platform/shared business-logic layer (Rust + UniFFI valued; KMP, Flutter, or React Native transferable).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Swift, Kotlin, Rust, Objective-C, Java, or JavaScript, with strong CS fundamentals.
  • •Architecture experience with large-scale mobile apps; apply maintainable patterns from requirements through production.
  • •Depth in the messaging stack and real-time/mobile networking or offline push across APNs/FCM and China vendor channels, with strong mobile performance focus (memory, battery, concurrency).
