Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of Market Development Leaders to achieve distribution, sales, merchandising, and promotional targets through the IDP network and warehouse logistics.
•Proactively manage and update the overall zone business plan and develop 60/90/180-day plans across retailers and geographies.
•Communicate retailer distribution, merchandising, and promotional targets; assess competition and develop gap-closure plans to win.
•Design go-to-market strategies and quarterly business plans using business analytics; track and evaluate forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiencies.
•Coach, lead, and influence the MDL team using performance management plans, run team meetings, and build strong relationships with key retail decision makers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 148,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required). With a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sales experience; without it, 10+ years in CPG or DSD sales.
•Minimum 2 years managing and influencing sales teams.
•Ability to build and implement a zone business strategy to drive growth and increase dollar share.
•Experience evaluating retailer competitive positioning and identifying opportunities to create win-win scenarios.
•Ability to develop and maintain retailer business plans and forecasting across multiple geographies.
