Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction (Heavy Civil)

Serve as the primary day-to-day client interface for large-scale data center construction, delivering disciplined, value-driven cost management with a focus on heavy civil and site development scopes. Own estimating, cost planning, change order support, and quantity surveying across project phases, coordinating cost inputs with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams. Produce executive-ready cost reports, support post-contract control and final accounts, and mentor team members while adhering to governance and (if applicable) SOX requirements.
