•Drive design, development, and deployment of a next-generation expense management solution.
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements for engineering readiness.
•Mentor and guide feature teams, supporting collaboration across guild teams and cross-functional project teams.
•Develop platform services using domain-driven design and hexagonal architecture, and integrate SaaS/PaaS/IaaS solutions.
•Improve application performance, scalability, and resilience by integrating analytics and instrumentation, and establish coding standards and system design conventions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software engineering and product development experience, including individual contributor and leadership roles.
•Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
•Full-stack development experience across mobile apps, web UI, middleware, platform services, and infrastructure as code.
•Frontend web experience using TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Ruby on Rails.
•Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Ruby, and Go, plus cloud services (e.g., AWS Lambdas, S3, API Gateway, SQS, ECS, RDS) and Postgres-compatible distributed databases (e.g., CockroachDB).
