Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and provide leadership to branch staff by assigning goals, coaching, and reviewing results monthly with guidance of the Regional Manager.
  • •Review employee performance, organize and schedule work, and distribute tasks among assigned personnel.
  • •Maintain business relationships with current customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide direct service for deposits, loans, and related products.
  • •Ensure compliance by maintaining knowledge of operating policies and procedures; oversee security, audits, and monthly branch audit reports plus quarterly FDICIA reports.
  • •Drive sales focus in the branch and monitor individual sales performance versus objectives; handle asset safeguarding and related security tasks.
