Job Summary

Support Sales and customers by delivering clinical value and advancing account relationships for Itamar Medical’s WatchPAT home sleep apnea testing products. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and decision makers, provide pre-sales and post-sale clinical subject-matter expertise, coordinate evaluations/demos, and handle customer training and project execution. Stay current on sleep/cardio trends, maintain Salesforce reporting, and travel frequently to meet existing and potential clients and present at events.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with regional sales leadership and account managers to maximize coverage efficiency and coordinate customer evaluations and demonstrations.
•Provide pre-sales account support including lead generation using customer intelligence and networking.
•Lead account post-sale implementation and execution, including customer training and project management.
•Serve as the clinical subject-matter expert for facilities and healthcare provider staff, building relationships to support product adoption.
•Travel to meet existing and potential clients, respond to customer needs/complaints, and support clinical presentations at events; submit required reports and maintain Salesforce.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree in cardiovascular, life sciences, biomedical engineering, exercise physiology, or nursing preferred.
•Completion of an accredited program/degree in respiratory care preferred.
•Minimum 3 years work experience in a medical device or related field, with sleep preferred.
•Hospital/clinic-based support experience preferred.
•Two years minimum of CRM or Salesforce experience.
