Job Summary

Lead FP&A for the Technology function, partnering with technology leaders to drive financial performance, cost optimisation, and value realisation. Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, review technology investment business cases, and provide variance analysis and performance reporting. Ensure robust financial controls and governance aligned with IFRS and US GAAP, support audit requirements, and develop reporting tools and dashboards. Coach and mentor finance colleagues in a complex matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for the Technology function, aligned to corporate objectives.
•Review and challenge business cases for technology investments, evaluating ROI and supporting decisions.
•Provide variance analysis and performance reporting across the technology portfolio, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
•Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to IFRS and US GAAP; maintain records for audits.
•Drive process improvement and cost optimisation, including vendor and licence optimisation, and develop reporting tools and dashboards; coach finance colleagues.

Key Requirements

•Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
•5-7 years post-qualification experience in finance roles.
•Proven FP&A experience, preferably within a technology or corporate function.
•Demonstrated technology partnering or IT finance experience.
•Strong track record of process improvement and driving efficiency.
