  • •Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationships across critical suppliers, commodities, and programs.
  • •Develop enterprise-wide supplier performance optimization strategies and long-term metrics frameworks.
  • •Lead resolution of complex supply chain issues, including predictive risk-mitigation and cross-functional recovery for severe supplier failures and bottlenecks.
  • •Partner on long-range sourcing strategy, supplier selection, advanced sourcing models, and supply base consolidation.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact and final authority for supply base adherence to ITAR, EAR, and FAR/DFARS compliance.

Key Requirements
