Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day production operations and execute process improvement projects with other staff.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing line issues, analyze supporting data, and drive corrective actions to evaluate effectiveness.
  • •Continuously improve products through variation reduction and apply Lean Six Sigma to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
  • •Create, refine, educate, and implement standard work; improve controls, equipment, and maintenance practices.
  • •Lead capital projects for equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades, and support new product development with technical teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of experience in operations engineering or a similar role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • •Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards, including requirements for Printed Fabric Label & RFID Sticker.
  • •Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods, plus understanding of systems engineering and automation technologies.
