Provide best-in-class service as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, supporting multiple branches across a region. Process transactions with strong cash controls, resolve customer issues, and educate customers on deposits, loans, and account maintenance. Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate banking products and services, while helping branch colleagues deliver consistent, seamless experiences. Travel between local branches throughout the week and follow all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
