Key Responsibilities

  • •Quality Control: Inspect work for defects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
  • •Documentation: Complete production forms, reports, and record assembly data.
  • •Receive daily work assignments from the Team Leader / Team Manager and execute production with Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints as a base.
  • •Report deviations (Safety, Quality, Parts, Equipment, etc.) to Status Boards immediately and update the Team Leader / Team Manager.
  • •Be active and engaged into the Daily Status Board Meetings by explaining the deviations and propose solutions.
