Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation and maintenance of HSE Risk Management processes, including risk assessments, JSA, HAZID, and other risk evaluation methods.
  • •Conduct routine workplace inspections, field observations, and safety audits to verify compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • •Promote the HSE culture and Safe to Start/Stop Work authority through active engagement with employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • •Support contractor HSE management activities, including onboarding, performance monitoring, inspections, and compliance verification.
  • •Participate in incident/accident/near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive action implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, or related).
  • •Relevant knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems; Internal Auditor qualification is an advantage.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English.
  • •Relevant EHS experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, or similarly complex operational environments.
  • •Good knowledge of Italian Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
