Job Summary

Lead the definition and delivery of agentic AI products and platforms at NVIDIA’s Vietnam VRDC. Bridge product vision with technical execution, working with engineering, research, and infrastructure teams to transform early-stage AI innovations into scalable, production-ready systems powering real-world AI workflows. Drive strategy, execution, and metrics for end-to-end product development in a highly collaborative, ambiguity-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and drive the product strategy for agentic AI systems, including platforms, use cases, and ecosystem expansion.
•Product Development: Translate early prototypes into scalable, production-grade products and drive execution end-to-end.
•Agentic System Design Thinking: Shape products across data ingestion, reasoning, orchestration, and action loops with clear evaluation metrics.
•Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate alongside engineering, research, and infrastructure teams to align on architecture, priorities, and delivery.
•Execution Excellence & Metrics: Define success metrics and iterate based on data and feedback.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related technical area (or equivalent experience)
•10+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related roles
•Proven experience building and launching complex technical or AI-driven products
•Strong understanding of distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale software systems
•Experience driving 0→1 initiatives and scaling products to production
