  • •Prepare and review loan documents and forms related to servicing activities.
  • •Prepare and review interest and fee billings for specialized agency facility loans and commitments.
  • •Process interest and commitment fees and investigate discrepancies as needed, including preparing GL entries.
  • •Review system-generated reports for proper facility monitoring and lead/develop the team (hiring, coaching, performance management, training).

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduation or GED and 5+ years of financial services experience in loan servicing operations.
  • •Loan agency servicing experience.
  • •Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • •Knowledge of loan products including credit agreements, guarantees, and letters of credit (preferred).
  • •Excellent written/verbal communication and strong Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate FIS IBS and CLS knowledge (ACBS, FCM, and FTM preferred).
