Job Summary

Oversee loan servicing operations for uni-tranche and syndications, processing complex transactions such as increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, and commitment reductions. Prepare and review loan documentation, specialized direct/agented billings, and related interest and fee billing while investigating discrepancies. Monitor system-generated reports for facility performance, and support accurate general ledger entries. Lead and develop a team through hiring, coaching, performance management, and training.

•Process loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, and commitment reductions.
•Prepare and review loan documents and forms related to servicing activities.
•Prepare and review interest and fee billings for specialized agency facility loans and commitments.
•Process interest and commitment fees and investigate discrepancies as needed, including preparing GL entries.
•Review system-generated reports for proper facility monitoring and lead/develop the team (hiring, coaching, performance management, training).

Key Requirements

•High school graduation or GED and 5+ years of financial services experience in loan servicing operations.
•Loan agency servicing experience.

•Knowledge of loan products including credit agreements, guarantees, and letters of credit (preferred).
•Excellent written/verbal communication and strong Microsoft Office skills, with intermediate FIS IBS and CLS knowledge (ACBS, FCM, and FTM preferred).
