Job Summary

Design and develop Layer1 control software that powers stable physical connectivity across diverse hardware components. Build instrumentation and telemetry to monitor link health, collaborate with optics, hardware, and manufacturing teams to bring new components to market, and partner with customers and support to diagnose and fix network issues. Own features from definition through deployment, write C/C++/Python software with automated testing, and provide technical leadership and mentorship within small teams.

•Applied understanding of software engineering principles and strong problem solving/software troubleshooting skills.
•Ability to design solutions and implement features independently; work effectively in small teams.
