Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic rough and finished carpentry repairs to branch structures and fixtures.
  • •Conduct basic electrical repairs for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, appliances, and lighting; report unsafe electrical conditions.
  • •Identify and repair plumbing leaks or breaks, clear clogs, replace minor parts and seals, and maintain hot water heaters and appliances.
  • •Prepare surfaces for painting/coatings, remove or paint over graffiti, repair wall coverings and replace flooring (e.g., carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tile).
  • •Complete preventative maintenance and respond to emergencies; maintain vehicles/equipment and submit tickets and required paperwork/receipts via ServiceNow.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling and/or on-the-job education in a specific skill area, and 5 years related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Ability to perform basic rough and finished carpentry repairs on structures and fixtures.
  • •Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repair tasks, including identifying issues and completing minor replacements/repairs.
  • •Ability to apply surface preparation for paint/stain and perform repairs such as wall coverings and flooring replacement.
  • •Valid Driver’s License. Must be able to effectively communicate and follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
